Terms of Service

Eyeline is made and sold by Moaaz Radwan Ahmed, an individual software developer (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the Eyeline apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, this website, and any license you buy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

• A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Eyeline on up to 3 computers at a time. You can move it between your computers by deactivating it on one first.
• The purchase is a one-time payment. It includes free updates for every 1.x version of Eyeline.
• You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the apps.
• We may revoke a license that was refunded, charged back, or obtained or shared in breach of these terms.

You can use every feature free for 7 days before buying. After that, Eyeline needs a license key.

If Eyeline isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Open Manage purchase or contact us. A refunded license stops working.

How Eyeline uses your camera and what it stores is described in our Privacy Policy.

Eyeline is provided “as is”. It estimates where you're looking from a camera image, and that estimate can be wrong; it may occasionally focus the wrong window. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

We may update these terms as Eyeline changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; changes don't take away rights you already have under a license you bought.
